Shawn, Level 5/Salon Manager

Shawn is the Salon Manager and a Level 5 Stylist at Chroma Salon’s Queen Anne location, bringing over 15 years of experience, advanced education, and a deep commitment to his craft. His career began in 2008 at the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Colorado Springs, where he received formal training before continuing education across multiple professional product lines. It was through this journey that Shawn discovered his passion for Aveda’s holistic approach to beauty, eventually completing an extensive stylist and assistant training program at an Aveda Lifestyle Salon.

After moving to Washington, Shawn joined the Chroma team in Edmonds in 2016, quickly establishing himself as a leader in precision haircutting, custom color, and textured hair styling. Now leading the Queen Anne salon, Shawn continues to mentor fellow stylists as part of Chroma’s in-salon education team, sharing his expertise in both modern and traditional techniques.

When he’s not at the salon, Shawn enjoys schoolwork, crafting, and cooking, as well as traveling and spending quality time with loved ones. His creativity extends beyond the salon chair into every aspect of his life.
