ROBIN
level 5 stylist | queen anne
Robin became a hairdresser after many years of nonprofit leadership in Seattle. A decade into her new career as hairdresser, she's risen to Level 5 stylist as she continues to show her commitment to advanced education. Her eye for detail and structure shows up in the design of her ready-to-wear and easy-to-maintain looks, framing faces and highlighting guests’ natural beauty and vibes, editing their looks so they feel their best.
She specializes in:
Haircuts that suit head shapes and frames faces, such as pixies, bobs, bixies, shags, layers, and face-framing bangs, as well as men’s cuts
Thoughtful grey coverage and grey blending
Tailored color formulations that grow out beautifully
Bleach and tone transformations
Custom highlights and dimensional color work
Guests and teammates appreciate Robin’s approachability that makes collaborating with her a breeze. She connects across a wide spectrum of identity, age, gender, and life experience. She has served as an Aveda Brand Ambassador and in-salon educator at Chroma's Queen Anne location and is current board secretary to Cosmetologists of Washington United (COWU), Washington’s only trade association for cosmetologists. She’s also busy designing new hairdresser apprenticeship training, as well as writing white papers about cosmetology education and policy.
A Cleveland native and dedicated hometown booster, she and her family have proudly lived in the Broadview neighborhood since 2006. She is an alumnus of Toni & Guy, as well as the University of Washington College of Human-Centered Engineering.
Robin is thrilled to recommend the renewed Botanical Kinetics skincare line, and adores the jasmine-scented Pure Abundance line for finer hair (so powerful when paired with Abundant Blowout Spray).
