Frankie is known for his welcoming personality, creative edge, and passion for making guests feel like their best selves. A recent graduate of the Aveda Institute in Seattle (Class of June 2025), Frankie brings fresh knowledge, strong technical skills, and a deep desire to grow behind the chair.

During his time in school, Frankie was especially inspired by his mentor, Johnny, whose expertise in haircutting and product knowledge helped shape Frankie’s own confidence and approach to styling. Now a licensed stylist, Frankie enjoys working with all hair types and is particularly excited about precision haircuts, perms, vivid colors, and alternative styles. His goal is to create expressive, customized looks while making sure every guest feels relaxed, supported, and heard.

Frankie is also known for giving an incredible head massage—a guest favorite—and strives to create a salon experience that’s both calming and energizing.

Outside of work, Frankie is a guitarist, animal lover, and fashion enthusiast. He lives with two cats, two dogs, and a bunny, and loves spending time with his close-knit circle of friends and family. Whether he’s at a live show or putting together a standout outfit, Frankie brings creativity and heart to everything he does.

As he continues to grow his career at Chroma, Frankie is excited to build lasting relationships with guests and help each one discover a look they love.
