Downtown Update: We’ve Moved to Queen Anne

After many wonderful years at the Alexis Hotel, we’ve made the decision to permanently close our Downtown location.

Downtown has been a special chapter in Chroma’s story—full of first-time guests, big hair transformations, and a whole lot of community. We’re grateful to everyone who sat in our chairs there and made that space feel alive.

The good news: your Chroma team is still here for you—and they’re now welcoming you at our Queen Anne location.

The stylists you know from Downtown have transitioned to the top of Queen Anne, so you can continue seeing your favorites with the same service menu, Aveda rituals, and Chroma experience you expect.
