Cynthia, New Talent

Cynthia—also known affectionately by guests as Cyn or Cinnamon—is a passionate hairstylist at Chroma Salon in Edmonds. With a warm and welcoming energy, Cynthia believes that the right haircut and color can reveal the inner beauty in everyone.

Originally from Santa Monica, California, Cynthia has lived in vibrant cities across the country—including San Francisco, Boston, San Diego, and Venice Beach—before settling in Washington in 2008. Her eclectic background includes roles as a toddler teacher and bartender, but it was in hairstyling that she discovered her true vocation.

Cynthia specializes in balayage and dimensional highlights, and she’s known for her precision haircuts that enhance each client’s unique facial features. Her goal is to create radiant, healthy-looking styles using Aveda’s naturally derived products, while ensuring that every guest feels confident and seen.

Outside the salon, Cynthia finds balance through yoga, hiking, and sharing laughter with friends. A lover of fine arts and nature, she brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to her work—always aiming to make each appointment a harmonious and uplifting experience.
